Pre & Post Sales Technical Support
When looking to purchase, licence or resell new technology, a key concern for EMEA based organisations is the ability of the vendor to provide local (in time-zone) pre and post sales technical support.

During the first few months of our assignment it may be sufficient to provide technical support remotely; possibly flying specialists into region as required for defined qualified opportunities. However, as client activity increases, this approach may no longer be viable and GlobalXtend is frequently asked to contract a dedicated specialist in region providing the key in-time-zone support services often critical in a successful sales campaign.

Engineering Services
Through a team of affiliate personnel, GlobalXtend have the ability to provide additional engineering skills that you may wish to call upon as a complement to your own core engineering resources. For example, platform porting or product customisation and integration services can often distract precious engineering resource from core technology/product development.
